How do I reserve my items?
The easiest way to reserve your items is to contact us through our website, by email, or phone. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the order is due 48 hours prior to delivery. Customers who are picking up their items from our location can pay the final balance upon pick-up. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal and business checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the order is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the date of your event, the deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations made within 7 days of your event, the fee is equal to half the cost of the order.
How do I set-up delivery?
We will contact you about 2-3 weeks before your event to set-up a delivery time that is convenient for you.
How many people will the 20’ x 20’ tent accommodate?
With round tables you can fit up to 32 people comfortably. Although the image below shows up to 54 people at our 8 foot banquet tables, it will be a more comfortable fit with 2 rather than 3 rows of tables. .
How many people will the 20’ x 30’ tent accomodate?
With round table you can comfortably fit 48 people under our 20' x 30' tent. You can fit up to 76 people at 8' banquet tables.
